Organization Activity Stream

The Activity Stream supports field by field logging for the Organization, Transport and Endpoint properties.

Click the ellipsis 

 in the Activity Stream 
 column from the Organization Dashboard to drill into a detailed listing of all file activity or fields that have been changed.

Additionally, you can drill into Transports as well as download files from the Activity Stream.
