Mail with File Links

Mail end points require the following fields be completed:

• • End Point Name – Give this Mail end point a label. (e.g. Mail with Download Link)
  • Description – a description can be included for reference. The description could be helpful when selecting the appropriate end points while configuring Transports.

  Mail Information

  • To :
  • Cc:
  • Bcc:

  Optional Mail Information (Cc:, Bcc:, Subject, and Message) can be added as appropriate.

  Thru supports the  [FileLink] variable to include a link to the exchanged file in the email body or Subject.

  • Link Expiration: Allows you define the number of days the link is valid for.
